These terms govern your use of the Ventrax Navra app and this website, operated by Ventrax Digital FZE in the United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using Navra, you agree to them.
The service
Navra provides maps, trip planning, navigation aids, live location sharing, vehicle management, community and recovery tools for off-road driving. We work to keep Navra available and reliable, but features may change over time and the service may occasionally be unavailable, for example during maintenance or when a connection is lost.
Safety comes first, and stays your responsibility
Navra is a planning and navigation aid, not a substitute for judgment, training, preparation or local knowledge. Off-road driving is inherently dangerous. You are solely responsible for your vehicle, your route decisions, your crew and your safety. Never rely on any single device or app as your only means of navigation or emergency communication in remote terrain.
Live location sharing depends on your device, its permissions, battery, signal and operating system, and updates can be delayed or stop, including when the app is force-closed. It is not an emergency or rescue service. Only share your location with people you trust, and stop sharing when you no longer want them to see where you are.
Your account
- Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You must be legally permitted to drive and to agree to these terms in your jurisdiction.
Navra Pro subscriptions
The core of Navra is free. Navra Pro is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features, which are described in the app before you buy.
- Navra Pro is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
- If a free trial or introductory offer is shown, it applies only if you are eligible, and any unused part of a trial ends when you purchase a subscription.
- Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refund requests are handled by them under their own policies.
- Deleting your Navra account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
- We may change Pro features or prices in future. Price changes apply only as permitted by Apple or Google and will be communicated before they affect your renewal.
If you downloaded Navra from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
Your content
Routes, trips, photos, posts and vehicle records you create remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to store, display and share them as directed by your settings (for example, with your convoy or club). Do not post content that is unlawful, endangers others or infringes someone else's rights.
Acceptable use
- No use of Navra to plan or promote unlawful activity, including driving in prohibited or protected areas.
- No attempts to break, probe or overload the service.
- No scraping, reselling or misrepresenting Navra data or the community.
Disclaimers and liability
Navra is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventrax Digital disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage, injury or loss arising from off-road activity, navigation decisions, or reliance on information in the app, including map data, GPS accuracy, live location updates, recovery listings and community content.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the product evolves and will post changes here. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using Navra and delete your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
